Returns & Cancellation (14 Days)

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or post).

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

• The goods must be returned to us no later than 14 days from the day of cancellation.

• The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

• The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by us.

Loss of Value of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

No Right of Return for

• sealed hygiene or cosmetic products after the seal has been broken,

• custom-made or personalized products,

• digital content, provided that performance has already begun and you have expressly agreed to it.
